The faculty members of the department continuously enhance their intellectual development by conducting research studies on contemporary issues in the area of International Finance, E-Commerce, Mutual Funds, Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Financial Services, Accounting, etc. The members of the faculty also participate and present research papers at international conferences. This also gives them the opportunity to interact and network with the faculty of leading Universities abroad.

The faculty also undertakes sponsored research projects in the above-mentioned areas. Almost all of the faculty members have completed major research projects sponsored by Indian Council for Social Science Research (ICSSR) and the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Prof. Muneesh Kumar

Working on a major research project sponsored by the University Grants Commission. The title of the project is "Financial Decision Making - A Study of Information Analysis".

Completed research project entitled "A comparative Study of Regulatory Frameworks for e- Commerce in India and France".

Prof. Shirin Rathore

Completed Research Project on "Export Marketing through the Generalised System of Preference"

Prof. R. A. Sharma

Completed two major research projects, one each with the ICCSR and the UGC.

Prof. O. P. Gupta

Completed a UGC sponsored major research project on "Investment Performance of Mutual Funds in India" as Principal Investigator.

Working on a research project entitled "Stock Market Reaction to Accounting Information: An Empirical Study".

Prof. Sanjay Sehgal

Completed a UGC sponsored research project on "Investment performance of Mutual Funds in India" as Co-Investigator.

Working on a major UGC sponsored research project entitled "Asset Pricing in Indian Capital Markets".

Dr. Nidhi Jain

Working on UGC sponsored major research project on "Foreign Exchange Exposure Management".

Dr. Amitabh Gupta

Working as a Co-Investigator in a UGC sponsored major research project on "Stock Market Reaction to Accounting Information: An Empirical Study".
