Media Sponsorship Proposal

Benefits to the Sponsor (w.e.f. date of acceptance):

• Sponsor can put up his banner at the Convention venue, Hotel Marriott, New Delhi.

• All Posters and Banners shall carry the name and logo of the media sponsor and shall be put up at the venue and various other locations in Delhi, providing extensive publicity to the sponsors.

• Name and logo of the media sponsor will be displayed on the delegate and advertisement form.

• The sponsor's name will be prominently mentioned in all other publicity material to be published, as the Media Sponsor of the Event.

• Flash LCD display of the sponsor’s name during the Convention with special acknowledgement as the media sponsors of the event.

• The sponsor may distribute his merchandise and may also make a promotional presentation to the delegates and participants at the Convention.

• The company will be allowed to set up promotional stall(s) at the venue

• 3 complementary invitations.

• The event shall be extensively covered on the official web-site of MFC, www.mfc.edu with due credit to the media sponsors.

• Transport facility can be provided to the sponsor on request.

Benefits to AFCON:

• Advertisements commencing atleast one week before the Convention to be telecast daily during Prime Time on your esteemed News Channel for pre-event publicity.

• Footage of the Annual Convention to be flashed from 6 P.M. to 10 P.M. daily commencing atleast one week before the Convention.

• Event coverage of the Convention to be telecast on your News Channel.
