Twenty three years ago, when the Master of Finance and Control
programme was launched by the Department of Financial
Studies, it was a foray into an uncharted territory in the Indian
educational scenario. Based on the lines of MS (Finance) offered
internationally, it was one-of-its-kind, a niche course in finance,
designed and developed to cater to the needs of the fast growing
Indian financial sector.
Over the two decades since its inception, DFS has evolved into
